1- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for eligible items within the timeframe specified below. Jewelry must be returned unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

 

2- Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Liora Valence.

 

3- Return Timeframe
Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Any return request made after this period may not be accepted.

 

4- Condition Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering, the return may be refused and the item returned to the customer.

 

5- Refund Process
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

6- Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Liora Valence.

 

7- Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to product availability. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

 

8- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and details so we can promptly resolve the issue.

 

9- International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs charges. These fees are non-refundable.
